How does one of “the best dog food brands” almost killed a dog?

I sat down with a Waggles.com customer to share her story. Amber B. helps me write today’s blog story about the falsely advertised “best dog foods” on the market. It is safe to say that Coco is a spoiled pup. Dog parks, dog beaches, even dog insurance were all a normal part of Coco’s life. However, the one thing Amber couldn’t find out was why her poop was always liquid. Why did Coco have irritated skin and why was such a happy pup often lethargic and breath terrible. Originally, we thought it might be the stress from moving into our home after we adopted Coco. We switched her off the food she was on at the shelter. All of these ingredients are added rather than being something that should be organically supplied to our dogs when fed the proper food. Why all the additional stuff?

Like these ‘top’ supermarket brands, many have misleading labels. All of these brands contain toxic ingredients. “Top Shelf” kibble often advertised as “organic” and “natural” mislead millions every day. While they all contain mostly grains and fillers, toxic to our dogs. My husband and I found a list of brands that were recalled in just the past year. We were shocked and you’ll be too. NEVER MISS ANOTHER RECALL ALERT:

We could not pronounce 99% of the ingredients in all of the “premium” brands we spent thousands on. I couldn’t believe how many chemicals and bi-products were in Ritz’s bowl.
