Calculated Shipping will be applied to all orders under $150. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Doesn’t it feel so good when you receive a package in the mail? I know right! So we don’t want to delay the satisfaction of opening the package and work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 2-3 days of placing them.

I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

At this time do to the size of our packages, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We also do not ship to FPO addresses. Please check back soon for any updates! 

I'm not home? Do I need to be there to sign for it?

No, you don’t have to be home to receive your package. If you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your doorman.

We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. They will first try to get you at home and if after a couple times they can't get you, they'll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.

If you live in an apartment complex and if it has parcel lockers. Please confirm with your office for the key to gather your package.

You can track your package 24/7 in your account. You can also follow back to the shipping email sent to you after you placed your order. You can also input your tracking number from the shipping email into or

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If it doesn’t get delivered based on the carrier or something goes wrong on our end...we will 100% send you new product right away!

Our policy is clear and simple: We believe so strongly in this product, that if you're not 100% totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied with Smack Pet Food within the first 30 days of your first order, we will give you your money back!

You read that right, if in the unexpected event you are dissatisfied with our product in the first 30 days, you can keep the product, and we will refund your purchase 100%, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. (Well maybe you would be kind enough to let us know what happened)

After those 30 days, we will happily accept your returns and give you a complete refund and pay for return shipping. A few (actually 7) real world rules apply:

1. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our return policy applies.

2. Returns must be in new condition, unaltered and in the original packaging to warrant a refund.

3. If you received a damaged or defective item please call 888-585-7287 so we can further assist you prior to returning your item.

4. In the event an item becomes defective after our 30 day return policy, refer to the manufacturer warranty policy for proper handling.

6. Shipping charges are non-refundable if a return is due to buyer's remorse or if you changed your mind after shipment.

7. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 day of receipt.
