How long does it take to get my order & who will the carrier be?

Your dog shouldn't have to wait to get your order! Orders placed by 4 PM EST will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders within 2-3 days. We ship via USPS or UPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

How much is shipping?

Simple! When you join our Subscribe & Save program, shipping is included! International orders vary based on the size of bag your dog needs. For details, take a look at our shipping policy.

I forgot to cancel this subscription, how do I go about cancelling and voiding the order from being shipped?

Our orders begin processing for shipment as soon as they are placed. If you receive an email with tracking information, we ask that you please refuse the package once it arrives. Once tracking shows the package is on its way back to us, a full refund will be issued as long as the package is unopened with an RMA number located on it.

Do you work with shelters and other pet-related organizations?

Yes, of course! We have programs for non-profit organizations and shelters that help support animal welfare. We are currently working out extensive partnership programs to help with the greatest impact possible. We’ll update you via our blog and email as soon as the partnerships are finalized.
